I am not a big follower of celebrities, nor is this far from a blog about celebrities. It was no secret Rosie was not exactly a pillar of health for as long as I can remember. Since leaving the Marines, I have not been in the best shape either, slowly gaining 100 pounds and holding while working a desk job. Being that I am now that I am coming up on my forties, I could be facing a bad situation.
I am made a commitment to get into shape this year starting off with losing weight. I stepped on the scale this morning, I was down again. I began monitoring the number of steps that I walk and that has been a huge help in how I feel as well.
